In Quant, processing your dividends is a breeze.

When you pay your dividends from your business bank account it will be displayed as a ‘Money Out’ transaction in your bank feed/file upload in Quant.

All you need to do is categorise the transaction under ‘Dividends’ so your bookkeeping stays organised.

Our Quant developers are building the ability for users to create Dividend Vouchers, with which users can declare dividends based on shareholding percentages and share types.

To save you time, Quant will be kitted out with the ability to create vouchers, as well as meeting minutes, so all you need to do is fill them in and pass them along to the concerned parties.
